5) Plug near the desk is awkwardly behind the desk itself. I took two scalding showers because I couldn't get it right. Almost impossible to figure out a normal temperature. 4) The shower goes from freezing to boiling. The only light you can access from the bed is a single LED reading light. 3) The lighting/light switches are just ridiculous. "We're not a traditional hotel" they'll tell you at checkin. Also no ice machines, or fridge, or minibar. What is the point of the stupid online checkin? 2) The room is small, low quality "modern quirky" furnishings, shower and sink are separated from room by a glass divider, so no privacy for couples if you want that. Also no digital room key so I had to checkin in person anyway. This kind of intrusion is not acceptable for a $500+ per night hotel. but clearly their systems arent communicating becuase my room was serviced anyway and my things were moved all over the place.
